Now note that nowhere did I say it is okay to beat women. It is not acceptable to abuse anybody. Neither did I say that it is acceptable to hit a woman for being a woman. I am a woman myself so something would be wrong with me if I was condoning that type of behaviour. No, I only said that it is okay to hit women. Sit there and I will demonstrate my point.

Say I'm a black man. I'm walking down the street minding my own business when some white guy comes up to me. He says "How's it going nigger, what am I doing off the plantation. Why don't you answer, boy, are your fat nigger lips too big to talk with? Oh no, that's right, monkeys can't talk." Obviously he's pissing me off in every way, but I don't want to get into anything so I keep going. But he just keeps on following me, starts pushing me and telling me to get on my canoe back to Africa, just being the biggest dick in the world and pissing me the Hell off. Finally I get to my girlfriend's apartment building so I'm hoping he'll fuck off and leave me alone now. She's black too and she's waiting outside for me. He looks at her and says if I won't talk to him maybe he'll hold my black cow down and drill her until she screams. So I finally haul off and slug him in the face and keep pummeling him until he goes down.

Obviously he deserved it, right? That guy was an asshole and a racist and he deserved each and every punch I dealt unto him. I should have hit him the minute he got in my face. I could have beaten his brains out with a wrench and he would have deserved that too. I'm totally justified and anyone with sense can see that.

Now play that scene out again, except this time the racist ass is a woman.

Yeah. You probably felt puh-retty uncomfortable picturing male me now putting my fist into a woman's face. Why? Isn't she just as guilty as the guy? Does her gender make her any more innocent? Does it make her any less deserving of her just desserts? Should I have restrained myself for her? Why? Because she has a uterus? She's not a child, she should have known better than to act like that so she has no excuse. So why shouldn't I be able to hit her when I would have been justified in hitting a man in the same situation?

There are moments when no matter what someone's gender is, it should be understandable why someone would lash out at them physically. If a girl can hit a girl, a guy can hit a guy, and a girl can hit a guy in that situation, a guy should be able to hit a girl too. If it is unacceptable for a girl to be hit in that situation, that isn't equality of the genders, that's special treatment. That's saying that girls are fragile little porcelain dolls that need to be coddled and handled with care. That's saying that because someone has a vagina they shouldn't have to be held accountable for their actions in the same way a man should. That's saying it's okay for girls to hit guys but not the other way around. And I don't give a fuck about differences in muscle mass or anything, if a girl is doing something that deserves a boot to the head, it is her right to get it no matter the gender of who is delivering it. If I'm being a cunt and a guy doesn't give me a punch that I deserve because I'm a girl and he thinks I can't handle it, I am going to be as damn deeply insulted as if he shitted on my mother's grave. And if that guy gets shit for giving me that punch that I deserved, that's another damn deep insult to me because it's saying that I'm too weak to handle it and to him because it's saying that he's a monster for doing something justified.

And yet when do we see males hitting females, in the media, on tv, in movies? If he hits a female, it's because he's an abusive asshole. There is never ever EVER EVER NEVER a time when it is understandable for a regular guy to hit a female. Yet a girl can slap her boyfriend because she's annoyed with him, punch her male coworker in the chest repeatedly because she's frustrated, she can hit a guy all she wants and never have to pay for it. Hell, girls hitting guys is portrayed as FUNNY in anime, cartoons and live action television and movies. Why? Why, because all women are weak pussies so if she hits a man it won't hurt him anyway so he should suck it up and accept that fact that she was ACTIVELY TRYING TO HURT HIM like a real man, and because those brittle glass female bodies can be shattered with a strong breeze and all women are innocent, nurturing sweet angels of kindness any man who hits one NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES MAY BE is a big mean devil of evil badness! A villianess can kick a guy's jaw in all she wants but nothing with balls can ever hit her back (when's the last time you saw a male hero hit a female villain in a movie or on tv?). If the biggest cunt in the world is ripping apart a man's inner self and hitting every painful, personal button of his psyche because she wants to hurt him and he hits her to shut her up, she stares in shock because OH MY GOD YOU JUST HIT A GIRL and all of his friends turn against him because suddenly he's the biggest baddest abuser in the world and he is never forgiven no matter how many times he apologizes with the deepest sincerity for something that would have been completely understandable had he been a girl or she a guy. WHY WHAT IS THIS DOUBLE STANDARD OF WHICH YOU SPEAK NEVER HEARD OF IT.

The point is, if there is ever going to be equality between the genders it has to be equality for everything. No more special treatment, no more bias, no more double standards. I want to be treated the same as a man and I want a man to be treated the same as me and I'm not afraid to throw away gender handicaps for that.

ADDENDUM: God I have to explain everything. The point isn't whether or not it's okay to hit someone, it's that if a girl can hit a girl and a girl can hit a guy and a guy can hit a guy in a certain situation and it would be seen as understandable why they would do so, then it shouldn't be seen as a billion times worse when a guy hits a girl for the same damn thing. We don't live in a perfect world where people always solve conflicts no matter how heated with words, to expect that is unrealistic, so if people are going to hit each other in certain situations it should at least be equal opportunity. So cut it with the "DON'T HIT NOBODY" comments because you're not getting the goddamn point that I am making.

ALSO: Just something interesting I noticed: The vast majority of people agreeing with this Stamp are girls, normally on the grounds of "I want to be treated equally to males and to say that I shouldn't be treated a certain way because of my gender is insulting", and the ones disagreeing are mostly guys, normally on the grounds of "BU GURLS R FRAGUL AND 2 WEEK 2 TAK A PAWNCH". My point, it has been proven.
