Personality: Kind and hospitable, shy and timid but not a coward. Like if Jacques was acting violently towards a stranger, she would try to physically hold him back and tell him to stop but would not directly confront him.

History: Brigitte was born and raised in the slums of Paris, spending most of her childhood exploring through the catacombs. When she was a teenager she became pregnant with her son, Tobias, through her husband Jacques. Jacques was an alcoholic who was physically abusive of the both of them, and when Tobi was about eight years old he drowned the boy in a well. Poor Brigitte was distraught and now the focus of his abuse, until Tobi’s ghost returned and killed him. One day when the guards of a well-to-do family were running through the streets in search of a lost baroness, they thought she was her, since she was very much like her in appearance, and took her back to the manor. When it was found that the true baroness had committed suicide because of the miscarriage of one of the servant’s children, Brigitte was kept on in her place to avoid a scandal.

Pets/Other facts: She loves animals, especially birds, dogs and the other sorts of animals she would have been growing up with on the streets. She keeps a large harlequin beauceron, Francois, in her bedchambers to guard against intruders and will often go out riding her black landias mare, Mirabelle, with escorts.
